We believe a healthy and active sex life can make a crucial contribution to our overall health and wellbeing. If we wish, we should be able to enjoy sex throughout most of our lives, from young adulthood well into older age. For many individuals and couples, it represents a vital ongoing source of pleasure, that happily has also been shown to bring many benefits.
